I missed this one off of yesterdays blog so thought I'd share today !Today was a chillin' day and a good day to properly plan the Blue Ridge Parkway bit of our adventure. It started off hot and humid and by early afternoon heavy rain. The locals are happy as April has been very dry. We can't complain either as we have had brilliant weather so far. Chef had a quick change from the planned BBQ ribs and we now have a meat pasta sauce bubbling nicely
